Energy Infused Golden Milk Latte Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1 cup whole milk or unsweetened plant-based milk (almond milk, coconut milk, etc.)

- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1/8 tsp ground ginger

- 1 tsp honey (or sweetener of your choice)

 

Instructions:

1. In a small saucepan, heat up the milk on low heat.

2. Add turmeric powder, cinnamon, and ginger, and stir well.

3. Heat the mixture until it is hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally.

4. Turn off the heat.

5. Add honey or any sweetener of your choice and stir.

6. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a cup.

7. Enjoy your healthy and delicious Tumeric Milk!
