  1. Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup dry Amla fruit
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water or milk (adjust for desired consistency)

Instructions:

  1. Soak the dry Amla fruit in water for about 15 minutes to soften. Remove the seeds and chop them into small pieces.

  2. In a blender, combine the soaked Amla pieces, plain yogurt, ripe banana, frozen mixed berries, and honey (or agave syrup if using).

  3. Blend everything until smooth, adding water or milk gradually to achieve your desired consistency.

  4. Pour the Amla smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. This smoothie is a nutritious and refreshing way to consume Amla and berries.
