Healing Recipes: Calcutta Meetha Paan Masala Chai
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons loose black tea leaves
- 2 tablespoons Calcutta Meetha Paan blend
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1-2 star anise pods
- 2 teaspoons jaggery or brown sugar (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, bring the water and milk to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the loose black tea leaves, Calcutta Meetha Paan blend, cinnamon stick, and star anise pods to the pan.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer the chai for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
