Ideal for everyday nourishment or as part of a gentle reset, this soup reflects Aryaa’s approach to food—supportive, intentional, and aligned with the body’s natural rhythms.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup green or brown lentils
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Aryaa Cardamom seeds
  • 2 Tablespoons Aryaa A2 Ghee
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the lentils under cold water.
  2. In a pot, heat the ghee over medium heat.
  3. Add the carrots, celery, and onion, and cook until they start to soften.
  4. Add the garlic and cardamom seeds, and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the lentils and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the lentils are cooked.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
