
Healing Recipes: Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, turmeric powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated with the spices and oil.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned, stirring once or twice during cooking for even roasting.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
