Ingredients
- 1–2 organic apples (Fuji, Gala, or Honeycrisp)
- 1–2 teaspoons Aryaa A2 Ghee
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch Aryaa cardamom powder
- 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)
- 1–2 tablespoons water
- Optional: 1 tablespoon soaked raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Prepare the apples
Core the apples and slice them in half, or keep whole if preferred. Place in a small baking dish. - Add ghee and spices
Spoon Aryaa A2 Ghee into the center of each apple. Sprinkle cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg evenly. Add soaked raisins if using. - Add moisture
Pour water into the base of the baking dish to prevent sticking and support gentle cooking. - Bake
Cover lightly and bake for 25–35 minutes, until the apples are soft and tender. - Serve
