My mission is clear: to impact 100,000,000 souls through Aryaa, sending ripples of positive change that flow throughout humanity. This is not just an aspiration—it is my purpose and life’s work. This vision fuels me each day with one simple, powerful reason to wake up: to love and to serve.

MY JOURNEY TO ARYAA

Although I had previously been on the path of growth and self-discovery, everything transformed the moment I held my daughter in my arms 14 years ago. That moment ignited a profound shift in my life, awakening a deeper understanding of purpose, responsibility, and love. This transformation was further magnified when I attended a Tony Robbins Platinum Finance event. Although the focus was on finance and wealth, something powerful was triggered in me, shifting my entire perspective. From that point, everything became about impact, purpose, and transformation.

In an age marked by disconnection and dis-ease, I am driven by a profound question: How do the eternal cultures—the Aborigines, Nagas, Kogi Mamas, and others—continue to thrive in harmony and health while the modern world struggles? What ancient knowledge, practices, and ways of being do they embody? What can we learn from their profound connection to nature, spirit, and each other? These questions are at the heart of Aryaa Organic’s mission and my personal journey as a visionary, futurist, and leader committed to moral, ethical, and social responsibility.

Before Aryaa, I dedicated my career to building and transforming businesses. However, I found that traditional corporate life often focused on profit without purpose. This disillusionment pushed me to question my path. I set out on a journey to India, seeking meaning and a way to align my professional life with my deeper values. Upon my return, I developed a new approach—a Dharmic path to marketing and business: one that supports products with real value and truth in advertising. This led me to create Soul Branding and ultimately leave the corporate world to pursue deeper, purpose-driven opportunities.

Then, Aryaa found me. Aryaa is the first company I have encountered that truly strives to do things right. It is a phenomenon transforming how we understand nourishment, community, and wisdom. Joining Aryaa felt like a homecoming—like reconnecting with something I had known all along but had yet to find.

THE SKILLS I BRING TO ARYAA

My journey includes 30 years of experience across multiple industries—from spearheading mergers and acquisitions and leading business transformations, to my time at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Oracle Corporation, and Pearson Education. I have built and restructured organizations, designed global centers of excellence, and led change management at scale. Yet, my greatest achievements are not in the accolades or the numbers but in the light I bring to each project, the inspiration I ignite in teams, and the communities I uplift.

At Aryaa Organic, I combine this experience with my deep commitment to channeling light, love, and passion into everything I do. I build business strategies that blend ancient wisdom with cutting-edge technology, understanding that growth comes from embracing every opportunity—whether a triumph or a challenge—to create more impact. My leadership is grounded in the divine masculine, where power is balanced with compassion, strength with nurturing, and action with purpose. I guide Aryaa Organic and my other ventures—Karmic CBD, Mission Neem Inc., and The MN5 charity—with a commitment to sustainability that benefits not just the present, but future generations, including my daughter’s.
