This powerful 7-day Detox Plan can begin your deeper healing journey. Here are your daily diet recommendations for each of the 7 days.
Foods Allowed:
Vegetables: Spinach, asparagus, zucchini, butternut squash, fennel, cabbage, kale, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, chayote squash, herbs, leeks, asian greens.
Fruits: Only the ones listed on the detox.
Fats: Ghee, sunflower seed oil, and coconut oil
Spices and herbs: Cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, oregano, saffron, anise, parsley, cilantro, fennel, basil, rosemary, mint, chives, dill, thyme.
Foods to Avoid:
All animal protein.
Grains: Wheat, spelt, kamut, rye, barley (anything containing gluten). Corn.
Baked goods: Bread, noodles, pizza, cakes, cookies.
Dairy: Except for ghee.
Vegetables: Tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, cucumbers, chili peppers, bell peppers and all fermented vegetables, raw vegetables like salads.
Fruits: Sour fruits.
Nut and seeds: No nuts and seeds are allowed during this phase of the detox.
Legumes: Soy, peanuts, pinto, beans not listed on the detox.
All Sweeteners
Drinks: Coffee, milk, sodas, alcohol, citrus juices.
Condiments: Vinegar, ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, chili sauce, etc.
