This simple roasted cauliflower dish is infused with the golden warmth of Aryaa Organic Turmeric and enriched with Aryaa A2 Ghee, creating a preparation that is both light and deeply nourishing. Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1–2 tablespoons Aryaa A2 Ghee (melted)
  • ½ teaspoon Aryaa Organic Turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place cauliflower florets in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle with melted Aryaa A2 Ghee and sprinkle with Aryaa Organic Turmeric, cumin (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
  4. Spread evenly on a baking tray. Roast for 20–25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until tender and lightly golden.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
  6. Serve warm as a side or light meal.
