Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1–2 tablespoons Aryaa A2 Ghee (melted)
- ½ teaspoon Aryaa Organic Turmeric
- ½ teaspoon cumin powder (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place cauliflower florets in a bowl.
- Drizzle with melted Aryaa A2 Ghee and sprinkle with Aryaa Organic Turmeric, cumin (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
- Spread evenly on a baking tray. Roast for 20–25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until tender and lightly golden.
