Healing Recipes:Jamun Iced Tea
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons Jamun powder
- 2 teaspoons honey (adjust to taste)
- Juice of half a lemon
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add Jamun powder. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and strain the liquid to remove any solid particles. Add honey and lemon juice to the Jamun-infused water and stir until well combined. Allow the mixture to cool. Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves. This Jamun iced tea is a refreshing and antioxidant-rich summer drink.
