Healing Recipes: Amla Chutney
Using dry Amla fruit, you can create various recipes that not only offer a unique tangy flavor but also provide numerous health benefits due to the high vitamin C content and antioxidants.
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup dry Amla fruit
- 1/4 cup jaggery or brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

Instructions:

Rinse the dry Amla fruit in water to remove any dust or impurities. Soak them in warm water for about 15 minutes to soften.
