Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons moringa powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), shredded coconut, moringa powder, and salt.

  2. If desired, add dark chocolate chips for an indulgent touch.

  3. Mix all ingredients until well combined.

  4. Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls using your hands.

  5. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

  6. Once set, store the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a quick and healthy snack.
