Ingredients:

  • 2 large yuca roots, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Salt to taste
Instructions:
  1. Boil yuca chunks in salted water until fork-tender, about 20-30 minutes, then drain and let cool.
