How to Use:

Cooking: Soak lentils and rice for 1 hour to enhance nutrient absorption. Rinse well. Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a saucepan, add spice mix. Stir in lentils and rice, infusing them with spices. Add 5 cups of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Add veggies in the last 10-15 minutes. Enjoy the ancient, healing goodness!
Instant Pot Instructions: Soak lentils for 30 minutes. In your Instant Pot on "Saute" mode, melt 2 tablespoons ghee, add Khichdi pouch contents, sauté briefly. Drain soaked lentils and rice, add to Instant Pot with vegetables. Sauté 2 minutes. Pour 5 cups water, add salt, and pepper. Pressure cook 20 minutes, natural release 10 minutes. Stir and serve. Enjoy!
