Calcutta Meetha Paan Masala Chai Latte

 

Ingredients:

    • 2 cups water
    • 2 cups milk
    • 2 tablespoons loose black tea leaves (or 2–3 black tea bags)
    • 2 tablespoons Aryaa Calcutta Meetha Paan Blend
    • 1 cinnamon stick
    • 1–2 star anise pods
    • 2–3 crushed cardamom pods (optional, recommended)
    • 2 teaspoons jaggery or brown sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions

    1. Heat the base
      In a saucepan, bring water to a gentle boil. Add the cinnamon stick, star anise, and cardamom (if using). Allow the spices to simmer for 3–5 minutes to release their aroma.
    2. Add tea and paan
      Add the loose black tea leaves (or tea bags) along with the Aryaa Calcutta Meetha Paan Blend. Reduce heat slightly and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
    3. Add milk
      Pour in the milk and bring the mixture back to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for another 3–5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
    4. Sweeten
      Add jaggery or brown sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
    5. Strain and serve
      Strain into cups and serve hot.
