
Calcutta Meetha Paan Masala Chai Latte
Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons loose black tea leaves (or 2–3 black tea bags)
- 2 tablespoons Aryaa Calcutta Meetha Paan Blend
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1–2 star anise pods
- 2–3 crushed cardamom pods (optional, recommended)
- 2 teaspoons jaggery or brown sugar (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Heat the base
In a saucepan, bring water to a gentle boil. Add the cinnamon stick, star anise, and cardamom (if using). Allow the spices to simmer for 3–5 minutes to release their aroma. - Add tea and paan
Add the loose black tea leaves (or tea bags) along with the Aryaa Calcutta Meetha Paan Blend. Reduce heat slightly and let simmer for 2–3 minutes. - Add milk
Pour in the milk and bring the mixture back to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for another 3–5 minutes. Stir occasionally. - Sweeten
Add jaggery or brown sugar and stir until fully dissolved. - Strain and serve
Strain into cups and serve hot.
