Cardamom Apple Compote
This soft, fragrant compote combines the natural sweetness of cooked apples with the delicate warmth of cardamom, creating a dish that is both comforting and easy to digest.
In Ayurvedic tradition, cooked fruits are favored for their ability to support digestion while providing gentle nourishment. Cardamom enhances this effect, helping to balance the sweetness while awakening the digestive system.
Whether enjoyed on its own or paired with other dishes, this compote offers a simple and grounding way to bring warmth, ease, and subtle sweetness into your daily routine.
