This indulgent lassi blends the floral sweetness of Gulkand (Rose Petal Paste) with the refreshing essence of paan, creating a drink that is both soothing and revitalizing. Creamy, aromatic, and gently cooling, it offers a refined take on a traditional favorite.

In Ayurvedic tradition, lassi is valued for its ability to support digestion while nourishing the body. Gulkand, made from rose petals, brings a calming and cooling effect, while paan adds a refreshing and aromatic depth.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons Aryaa Gulkand Paan blend
  • 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
  • A pinch of black salt (kala namak) for added flavor (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the plain yogurt, milk, Aryaa Gulkand Paan blend, and honey.
  2. Blend until everything is well mixed and smooth.
  3. Taste the lassi and add more honey if you prefer it sweeter.
  4. If using, add a pinch of black salt for a unique and traditional twist.
  5. Add a few ice cubes and blend again until the lassi is chilled and frothy.
  6. Pour the Gulkand Paan lassi into glasses and serve immediately.
