  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Sliced fresh fruits (such as bananas or strawberries) for topping

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or container with a lid, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, milk, and Calcutta Meetha Paan blend.
  2. Stir well to ensure everything is mixed evenly.
  3. If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness and mix again.
  4. Close the lid tightly and refrigerate the jar overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  5. In the morning, give the jar a good shake or stir to make sure the ingredients are well combined.
